About Marguerite
​Managing Director Marguerite de Sousa brings 20 years of experience in policy development and program management across education, skills, training and workforce.
Marguerite is a respected advisor, who balances a technical eye for detail with the ability to provide strategic and practical solutions for clients. She enjoys working with large and small clients across industries and sectors, relishes in solving complex problems and has a passion for building capability in organisations and their people.
Prior to establishing de Sousa Advisory, Marguerite worked with a range of organisations, including in the Commonwealth public service, for State and Federal Ministers and a large public university and most recently in management consulting in a big four firm.
